Turnitin

Turnitin is a web-based service to check the originality of academic papers and detect potential plagiarism. It compares submitted documents against a vast database of academic and internet sources, including student papers and publications, to generate a similarity report.

You can access Turnitin to review your writing before you submit to your marker.  It is found in the subject, Class4Success in MyLearn.

If you have any questions about the use of Turnitin, please contact your Learning Facilitator and don’t forget to check the file format allowed to generate a Similarity Report. TUA settings are set to  “allow only files that Turnitin can check for similarity”. This means that only certain file formats can generate Similarity Reports. Check Check the file types than are accepted.
