National Reconciliation Week - May 27 to June 3

Torrens proudly takes part in National Reconciliation Week — a time to reflect on our shared history, honour First Nations cultures, and deepen our commitment to a more inclusive and equitable future.

We encourage students and staff to participate in campus events, engage with Indigenous knowledge systems, and reflect on the role each of us plays in building respectful relationships. Reconciliation is everyone's responsibility — and it begins with awareness, understanding, and action.

About Academic Success

Academic Success provides a variety of resources and services to help you identify which study approaches work best for you. Our team will help you develop these skills through online resources, workshops and PASS (Peer Assisted Study Sessions) Program.

We can help you with time management and organisation, understanding your assessment brief, critical reading and thinking skills, research and writing skills, and understanding APA 7th edition referencing and academic integrity.

Why are these skills important?

Academic success encourage students to become efficient learners. We give students the confidence to participate fully in their courses. These skills are invaluable and highly transferable outside of the classroom, after you graduate and therefore vital for success in any career.
