The Copyright Act allows for copyright works to be reproduced or adapted for inclusion in an exam question, or in an answer to an exam question.
There is no restriction on the type of material or the amount that can be included.
Third party materials used must be attributed by providing a citation or acknowledgment. If there is a reason why this might not be appropriate, contact the University Copyright Officer to discuss.
