Canon 760D Setup Guide
Introduction
The Canon 760D is a digital single-lens reflex (DSLR) camera with AF/AE, built-in flash, and a 24.2-megapixel sensor with an image size of 22.3 x 14.9mm. The camera records in RAW and JPEG formats with aspect ratios of 3:2, 4:3, 16:9, and 1:1.

Focusing Modes
- Press the DRIVE AF button.
- Turn the dial to select the Single Shooting focus mode.
White Balance
- Press the MENU button.
- Select the Shoot 2 tab.
- Select Auto and press OK.
ISO Auto
- Select the shooting mode by setting the Mode Dial to Av.
- Press the ISO button on the top panel.
- Set Auto ISO speed.
Image Quality (RAW & JPEG)
- Press the MENU button.
- Select the Shoot 1 tab.
- Turn the dial to select RAW and JPEG.
Mode Dial (Aperture Priority)
- Set the Mode Dial to Av.
- Press the lock release button.
- Turn the Mode Dial to choose your desired setting.
Metering Modes
- Press the Menu button.
- Turn the dial to select the Shoot 2 tab.
- Select Metering Mode.
- Select between Evaluative, Partial, Spot, and Center-weighted average.
Focus Area
- Press the AF Point Select button.
- Choose between the 3 options for best results.
- Move the wheel to select your desired position.
Format Card
- Press the MENU button.
- Select the Setup 1 tab.
- Select Format then press SET.
- Select the card to be formatted.
- Select OK to confirm.
