White Balance

  • Press the MENU button.
  • Select the Shoot 2 menu.
  • Select White Balance.
  • Choose the desired option or AWB if unsure.
  • Press SET to confirm.

Resolution

  • Press the MENU button.
  • Select the Shoot 4 menu.
  • Select Movie Rec. Size.
  • Choose 1920x1080, 23.98fps.

Aperture Priority

  • Use the front dial to adjust the Aperture.
  • Select your preferred settings.

Start Recording

  • Switch to video mode using the selector switch around the Start/Stop button.
  • Press the Start/Stop button to begin recording.
  • Press the button again to stop recording.

Format Card

  • Press the MENU button.
  • Select the Setup 1 tab.
  • Select Format Card.
  • Choose the card to be formatted.
  • Press OK to confirm.

Mic Levels

  • Press the MENU button.
  • Select the Shoot 4 menu.
  • Select Sound Recording.
  • Choose Manual mode.
  • Adjust the recording level using the rear control dial.

Focus Point

  • Use the joystick to position the focus box over your subject.
  • Half-press the shutter button to focus.

Mode Dial

  • Press and hold the Lock Release button.
  • Turn the Mode Dial to AV or your preferred option.
