Introduction

White Balance
- Press the WB button.
- Turn any of the dials to select the desired preset.
- If unsure, select AWB.
Format Card
- Press the Menu/Set button.
- Go to the Setup menu (page 5/5).
- Select Format, then choose the slot.
- Confirm by selecting OK.
ISO Auto
- Press the ISO button.
- Use any of the dials to select ISO AUTO.
Bit Rate / Resolution
- Press the Menu/Set button.
- Go to the Movie menu (page 1/5).
- Select Rec Quality.
- Choose FHD 20M 25p for basic shooting.
- Press SET to confirm.
Aperture Mode
- Press the Menu/Set button.
- Select Video M (page 1/2).
- Select Exposure Mode and choose A.
- Use the front dial to select the desired aperture.
- Press SET to confirm.
Audio Levels
- Press the Menu/Set button.
- Go to the Movie menu (page 3/5).
- Select Sound Rec Level Adj..
- Set the level so that the meter peaks around -12db.
- Press SET to confirm.
Focus Modes
- Use the selector around the AF/AE Lock button.
- Select AFC for continuous autofocus.
Video Mode
- Ensure the mode dial is unlocked by pressing the middle lock button.
- Turn the mode dial to Video M.
- Press the Menu/Set button.
- Select Video M (page 1/2).
- Select Exposure Mode and adjust as needed.
